Brain & Memory Power Boost Review

The Amen Solution

Brain & Memory Power Boost by Dr. Amen’s Clinic has been very well received by the public since its launch a few years back. A lot of people are often oblivious to a certain marketing technique that many supplement companies pick up – that is of course, using a doctor’s name to endorse their product as a way of boosting their reliability. While a lot of fake doctor’s names have been used in the past, we are glad to let you guys know that Dr. Amen is a perfectly qualified American psychiatrist who specializes in brain disorders.

When reviewing a new product, not only must it pass all our tests in order to meet the standard, it must also have a wow-factor that makes it different from the rest. We’ve realized that most supplements lack a unique twist, meaning they easily blend in with the rest and go unnoticed. Brain & Memory Power Boost aims to nourish your brain while allowing you to gain better memory capacity. Can this doctor-approved formula do what it said it would?

  • Acetyl L-Carnitine – 666 mg: So the company’s not stingy with their ALCAR dose. Typically a regular adult needs to get 500-1000 mg of ALCAR daily to experience any of its benefits. ALCAR will get rid of that fatigue and make you feel MOTIVATED to get working again. It can also enhance learning skills when accompanied with other nootropics like Noopept.
  • Ginkgo Biloba Extract – 80 mg: There’s nothing wrong with Ginkgo Biloba and it is actually quite a good choice to take this product on a regular basis if you’re looking to protect against mental decay and promote overall brain function. But we’ve noticed that it doesn’t work any better than your regular Omega-3 complex supplement.
  • Vinpocetine – 10 mg: Moving past the fact that 10 mg of Vinpocetine is a little too weak (typical minimum dosage is 15 mg per day), the compound itself is quite effective in increasing blood flow in the brain and boosting oxygen uptake. Vinpocetine could lead to better focus and concentration.

Experimenting with AddTabz

What we love the most about Amen Clinics is that they provide hard, solid research on each of their chosen ingredients. In fact, if you visit their official website, you’ll notice that each ingredient comes with a small paragraph under it, explaining its mechanisms of action + benefits. The explanation has been written based off a substantial amount of research articles, all of which have been published in respected science journals. Although we, through our own research on and experience with cognitive enhancing supplements, are completely aware of how these ingredients work, it’s always nice to see and read through a new batch of research.

Brain & Memory Power Boost’s effects in the short-term would differ from that in the long-term. If you use the products for a couple of days/weeks then you would most likely notice a significant boost in energy, mental clarity and focus. These benefits would definitely boost your productivity and overall motivation. In the long-term, however, you could be seeing results with memory recall.

Readers’ Report

Brain & Memory Power Boost is a supplement created by Amen Clinics, which specialises in treating different psychological disorders (ranging from ADHD to autism to bipolar disorder to eating disorders, etc). Although the product itself does not aim to cure any medical conditions, it does have the right ingredients to INCREASE blood flow in and promote oxygen flow to the brain. While these ingredients may not be potent enough to actually boost your mental performance (particularly in memory and learning abilities), it has a very good chance at improving focus and concentration. How do we know this? Well, Brain & Memory Power Boost’s formula lacks nootropics like Noopept, which has been shown to boost memory formation and recall by increasing NGF (Nerve Growth Factor) and BDNF (Brain Derived Neurotrophic Factor) levels.
